She does not simply ‘put a home on the MLS/internet’. Barb will think about the uniqueness of each home, and seize every opportunity to widely market each property in order for the property to have maximum visibility to the broadest audience, enabling Barb’s sellers to get the highest possible price. In the past, this has included direct marketing to local businesses, scheduling “by invitation only” open houses, hosting a brunch for the neighbors prior to the first open house, and writing the home’s story while sitting in the home.
